Ingredients :
– Dough ingredients:
1 sachet of yeast for bread
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of oil
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
500 ml of lukewarm milk
1 kg of wheat flour
– Filling ingredients:
3/4 cup of wheat flour
1 liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk
2 egg yolks (I used free-range eggs to make it more yellow)
1 teaspoon (coffee) vanilla essence
oil for frying
sugar and cinnamon
Instructions :
Put almost all the flour in a large bowl, add the other ingredients alternating with the warm milk, knead well and add the rest of the flour if necessary until it comes off your hands.
Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, make balls with the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes (I usually put a little piece of dough in a glass of water when the dough rises because it has risen). Fry over low heat until golden brown.
– Stuffed:
In a frying pan, put all the ingredients, bring to medium heat, stirring until thickened.
– Assembly:
Pass the donuts through a mixture of refined sugar and cinnamon, cut them in half and fill them with the cream.
