– Preheat the oven to 400.
– Trim the bottom off the Brussel Sprouts then slice in half top to bottom and rinse.
– Prepare a large baking sheet. Line with parchment paper if you wish.
– Pat the Brussel Sprouts dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl.
– Add olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic, and parmesan. Toss gently to coat evenly.
– Place on the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly into one layer.
– Bake 25-30 min until golden brown.
