Heat the oven to 400 degrees F . Take out your baking sheet and cover it with non-stick spray or grease the bottom with a flat layer In a bowl, add potatoes cut in half Next, you’ll add olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil, and Parmesan to the bowl
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste Mix all ingredients and cover totally Placing fried potatoes in an even layer on the prepared baking-sheetStart by placing the potato peel side up until the potatoes are slightly crunchy Putting the baking tray in the oven also baking about 25-30 min Flip it halfway to make sure half of the potatoes turn brownMelt the butter either on the stove or in the microwave for about 1 minute
