Filling:

-heat up 2 cups of milk
-beat 6 egg yolk
-2/3 cup sugar
Beat until light and creamy
-add 1/4 cup cornstarch
– slowly add the hot milk and continue mixing
-sift it back into a pot on the stove and stir continuously until thick. Let cool completely.
Chocolate ganache:
-half a bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
-1 cup heavy cream
-tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
-1 cup powder sugar
Stir continuously on the stove till melted and we’ll incorporated.
