Smothered Chicken with Creamed Spinach, Bacon, Mushrooms

Ingredients:

°4 slices of thick-cut bacon

°1 cup chopped onions

°8 ounces of sliced ​​mushrooms, any type

°1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken thigh

°°cup heavy cream

°1/2 cup chicken broth

How to do it:

Heat a heavy skillet, such as cast iron, on medium-high heat also cook bacon until crisp, about 4 min per side. Remove with tongs to a plate lined with paper towels, and pour in about 2 teaspoons of bacon grease.
