Mashed potato spinach

4 Large potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 Bunch spinach chopped
½ onion chopped
¼ Cup mozzarella cheese
1Tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
1 Cup milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp spring onions
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 Tsp crushed garlic
In a large pot, cover potatoes with water and season with salt. Bring to a boil for 20 minutes or until soft.
Drain and return potatoes to the pot.
In another pot sauté onion, garlic until soft, add spinach, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning stirring occasionally until spinach has wilted.
Mash potatoes using potato masher; add butter, ½ cup milk.
Mix together spinach and mashed potatoes, add in the remaining milk until desire consistency is reached.
Add mozzarella cheese, spring onions , fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper
